Carlisle Indian Industrial School
The Carlisle Indian Industrial School was founded in 1879 and closed in 1918.
Designated as a National Land Mark in 1961.
The pictures of the graves that follow are just a few of the 186 at the School Cemetery.
Most that I chose are of the Apache children because of the connection the the Southwest.
